Generally speaking, at least in all cases heretofore, whenever a 170 Ton aircraft has hitthe ground or a building at 300-500mph what you find at the impact site is about 170 tons of fucked up, crumpled up, broken up aircraft. The aircraft does not "vaporize" or disappear. Like Alice in Wonderland. Where are these aircraft? Perhaps a delegation of us should demand to view the wreckage? Included in our delegation will be Boeing & Rolls Royce officials and tech experts, relatives of persons listed on the various flight manifests, board members from the involved insurance companies that have paid for these "accidents", plane crash and forensics experts. I doubt there are any
legitimate national security reasons why we cannot view the remains

Message ---------- Carolyn this is fabulous! I had no idea the judge was proceeding based on a form Ehren signed, that amounted to a guilty plea. What this judge is now saying---though he is using other words----is that there IS NO MENS REA, i.e. no guilty intent, no guilty mind...... THUS THERE IS NO CRIME. It's basic, 1st year Criminal law and the principle applies in military courts-martial, Far from believing he had a duty to ship out, Ehren believed the Law and his oath of office REQUIRED THAT HE NOT DO SO. THIS RULING BY THIS JUDGE---WHICH IS CORRECT---IS GOING TO TURN BUSH, CHENEY and the rest of them into crazy screaming meanies tonight, this very night. I believe this will result in an immediate release for Ehren in a few days. They'll try to get him to agree to a gag provision, and publicly, they'll say that's it is LEGAL ERRORS that have forced this result......i.e. letting him resign. In other words "Nobody else in the military better try this!" I am very happy for you

2007 That article, however, indicates that our congresspersons are satisfied with the existing 9/11 Commission report. If so, they should be happy to meet with the Vermont voters and respond to the questions we feel that report avoided. These include the collapse of World Trade Center's Building 7 in the absence of any plane impact or serious fire; the high volume of stock transactions prior to 9/11 that anticipated an imminent collapse in airline stocks; and the absence of airline debris at the Pentagon crash site. Our congressional delegation should be willing to bring to this forum all relevant information hitherto not made public that would allow us to share their confidence in "the official story": an engineering report on the cause of Building 7's collapse; a Securities and Exchange Commission report on those mysterious stock transactions; the existing videotapes of the Pentagon lawn that document the impact site; and an explanation of how a group of novice pilots with visa problems was able to elude FBI scrutiny for months and Air Force interdiction on that fatal day in September. It is a little hard to tell who is directing whom in the matter. To the extent that real Islamic terrorism does exist in the world or is growing, it would disappear if America were to begin to deal fairly and even handedly with Arab peoples instead of subsidizing Israel, right or wrong, on a massive scale as we do today. Smith, would have to say about the numbers of uniformed servicemen who were present and applauding like mad at the President's State of the Union Speech, filmed by TV like it was going out of style (let's hope); AND all those times that the Pres goes to Military bases to speak to , say the 101st Airborne Division, laying out his war plans and reasons......and they are used as uniformed military support props......under orders to be there, and clapping..... huh? huh? Cynthia? huh? Attached pict is of me IN 2LT Army uniform in front of LBJ Whitehouse (getting arrested for VN War protest--and interviewed by CBS at the same time) on 3/11/68. And our team beat the court-martial that followed so noooooo jail time for this Lieutenant!

many expert commentaries remark that the iraq war is LOST. To say that the war is lost is to have bought into the lies Bush told--- that the war was really about all that stuff Bush said it was about. He was lying! It's just about BUSTING IRAQ and then controlling the oil. Almost done. US forces will soon be pulled back into defensive perimeters inside the 14 large and permanent US bases (that are purched atop the oil fields). Casualties will be reduced to near zero and 30-40,000 US soldiers will be sent home. Iraq cities and its new democratic government will be abandoned by us and will simmer for quite awhile. Soon an Iraqi national leader will appear on the scene who is to our liking, and the world will move on.
